Watch It Begin Again...

November's coming! The American Country-Pop singer, Taylor Swift, is recently so busy with her new album, Red, which she's going to release next month. We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together , I Knew You Were Trouble and Red are the top singles from this album. However, my favourite is the latest one, which has the name of Begin Again .   Undeniably, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together is a nice song too. But today, we're not talking about it. Sorry... But if all of us are talking about Begin Again , there's no doubt of not mentioning the song 'cuz it lyrically means the "breaking up issue" between two persons while the other one has a touching lyric about two persons moving on with their relationship.   This song was written by Taylor Swift herself. As a songwriter, she wrote the lyric in the best way with the feeling of a girl when she finally dusted herself off and went for the first date after a horrible breakup. So now what I can tell y...

Cheesy Pizza

If you're living in Taman Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru and you are trying to look for a nice place to have Italian pizzas for your lunch or dinner, you don't have to go to anywhere further anymore.   There is a new pizza restaurant located just opposite Jusco the name of which is Tasconi's Pizza. Although the shop is new, its food is really scrumptious and worthy to try.     This restaurant sells all kinds of pizzas that are definitely Halal. Barbecue Chicken, Beef Pepperoni or Veggie Delight, these pizzas never fails to satisfy their customers' hunger in a special Italian way. Now, look! The restaurant was crowded with so many customers. But don't ever worried, the shop will always serve you the dishes as fast as they can.       This is the Cheesy Delight. It is spreaded with many different kinds of cheese, which are freshly imported from Italy. So you can see the melted cheeses had made the pizza looking somehow of "cheesy"! I liked it,...

Bon Odori 盆踊り

It was cold and absolutely freezing that day. I picked up my jacket and went went for my English tuition at somewhere near Nusa Bestari. But then lightning flashed, thunder rumbled, rain dripped. And my class finally ended.   Four days ago, I went to a place called Tebrau City after my tuition. There was an event that they held every year, and this year a square behind Jusco Tebrau City was chosen to hold it. It was a Japanese Festival which was named Bon Odori.   Bon Odori was an event all about Japan. They sold almost all Japanese things such as food, snacks, toys and many more. Tasty food like sushi and okonomiyaki had all made me mouth-watering. The picture below (left) showed how busy the hawkers could be when they were selling things.  My Dad bought a packet of Japanese-styled noodles and we shared it. It was really scrumptious and I'm pretty sure that you guys would love it too.   The 20th of October 2012, 5pm to 9pm, the square was crowded with ...

Galaxie Magazine Malaysia

People will always love to have some entertainment and laughter during their free time. Some like to be online, watch movies or television programmes while some enjoy reading novels and magazines.   For me, I love to read a Malaysian magazine called Galaxie. It is a magazine telling us all about our favourite celebs such as the 18-years-old Canadian singer, Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift, who is recently busy with her new album, Red, and so on.   Every fortnight Galaxie releases an issue with the cover in a fascination of colourful designs, patterns and also a theme on which story will be told in the magazine. Like the latest issue, Galaxie is telling us about the "freaky" Winchester brothers who appear in the TV show, Supernatural.    Galaxie is voted as the best entertainment magazine of 2011 and 2012 in Malaysia. No doubt, the main reason is because Galaxie never fails to publish posters of our favourite artistes from all aroun...

Do You Dare To Be The BAIT?

After the horror tragedy of the American flin, Shark Night, Australia has made Singapore as an ally to produce another "jawful" movie, Bait. It is the first Australian movie produced with the help of Singapore, starring Xavier Samuel, Sharni Vinson, Phobee Tonkin and more.   This movie is about the aftermath of a huge tsunami that attacked an Australian bay, some surviviors were trapped in a supermarket along with a pack of Great Whites. The survivors climbed up selves to keep themselves away from the water that might drag their lives away.     To look for a way out, they tried all kinds of ways but mostly they failed, and this was why they lost their friends. 13 survivors, but they were killed one by one in the mouths of the Great Whites, which left only 8 of them. Some sacrificed themselves to be the baits with the purpose of distracting the sharks to somewhere else, so that the others could go to find the way out at the opposite direction. Some of them were ki...

Gunung Ledang— An Unforgettable Trip

The next day (15 September 2012) when I woke up, it was just an hour before breaking dawn. An icy but refreshing cold bath, the same lime green shirt, breathing in the fresh morning air and I carried on to have bread and butter for breakfast downstairs.    All of us were asked to gather in front of the cafeteria for some short lectures about what we have to remember during the hike and what to do if we were lost. The lectures took about thirty minutes and right after that we began our journey to the top of the highest mountain in Johor.    We went up and down for several timers. Although it's pretty tiring, I was still feeling great as there were some "scary" but funny experiences. There were 8 checkpoints all together and it took about 6 hours to reach the top of the hill.    There's a rather long distance of trail that was really challenging to climb after the 6th checkpoint (if I'm not mistaken). The trail had a great gradient of 60 to 70 degree. E...
