The time had come. Yesterday was the first day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri and today's the second day.
First of all, I would like to say: "Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri" to all Muslim citizens in Malaysia. I believed that you guys had a terrible time of fasting last month as it was your Ramadan month. But now, the time had pass and all of you are enjoying in the joy of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

Yes, I'm a Buddhist, not a Muslimah. But thanks to my "One Malaysia" patriotic spirit, I do celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Deepavali with my friends, but just not as merry as Chinese New Year.
I went to an open house party held by our Johor Chief Minister, Tuan Haji Abdulghani. It was held at his official residence, which was huge, luxurious and attractive with a lot of beautiful flowers being planted around its garden. Many people were there for the chance to shake the Johor Chief Minister's hand.
After that, we went for our lunch below the giant tents set in the garden. Many little stalls were set there to serve all kinds of Malay traditional food such as sate, rendang, mi rebus, nasi briyani, ketupat, lemang and so on to the visitors.
We enjoyed our lunch very well there. Before we left, my mother and I took a picture in front of an enormous billboard set at the front door of his residence to welcome the all of us to his open house party.
